OVERVIEW / Jonathan Skinner is the James O. Freedman Presidential Professor in Economics at Dartmouth College. I also got to take his class on Public Economics in Spring 2019 (one of the best classes I’ve ever taken). Professor Skinner asked me to redesign his personal website to convey his research in a way that “does not reflect his age.”
